We are looking for a strong product manager to shape and define our product experience, ensuring we deliver an iconic experience for our customers. - In this product management role, you will lead and shape our consistent and cohesive product experience to increase customers' value and drive business results.
- You will lead the design and implementation of product roadmaps with a focus on accessibility standards, incorporating WCAG guidelines, and user feedback to deliver inclusive product solutions.
- You will apply customer- and user-centric thinking to define target audiences, use cases, needs, and pain points. You will gain a deep understanding of customer expectations through effective collaboration, user research, and analysis of customer feedback.
- You will define and lead end-to-end product experience patterns and collaborate hands-on with the cross organizational Dynatrace Teams to create an outstanding product experience.
- You will drive a UX product roadmap and define product experience optimizations in alignment with the product strategy to boost adoption, retention, and enable customers to discover product value.
- You have the great opportunity to improve in-product experiences to support our overall design principles, design language, and design system.
What will help you succeed
- You have 5+ years of product management experience in a software product environment or/and you have 5+ years of driving product experience outcomes.
- You have a strong knowledge of UX including customer journeys, personas, use case development, market, business, and competitive analysis.
- You have experience and enjoy working on product improvements that enhance consistency and is compliant with accessibility requirements.
- You have plenty of experience successfully collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and other business stakeholders.
- Thinking outside the box - you can bring market and business understanding into the product to deliver differentiated value for customers and prospects, that are aligned with Dynatrace's goals and strategy.
- You have a strong interest in and understanding of technical topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, SaaS Software, ...
- You are a proactive and hands-on personality with a high drive and a dynamic mindset.

- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to this position, which is EUR 60,000 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
