About the Role

As the Product Manager for the Growth team, you will own and drive the squad’s vision and execution across monetization, retention, and enterprise offerings. You will be instrumental in designing strategies that maximize the value LTX Studio delivers to users and businesses while ensuring our growth targets are achieved.

What you will be doing

Growth Strategy

  • Own and optimise the user journey, from onboarding to value..
  • Develop and execute initiatives to drive user activation, retention, and revenue growth.

 Monetisation

  • Optimise pricing models, subscription plans, and other revenue streams to increase conversion rates and customer lifetime value.

Enterprise Solutions

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop tailored workflows, features, and services for enterprise customers.
  • Identify and address specific needs within the B2B market.




  • Leverage analytics and user research to understand growth opportunities, measure success, and prioritize initiatives to ensure growth targets are met.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive the product to success.

Your skills and experience 

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on growth, monetization, or enterprise solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with AI-driven products or in the creative technology space - a plus.
