At Moss, we give finance professionals the power to automate their day-to-day and make forward-thinking decisions.

Our team and culture make us unique — we’re driven by impact and growth, where every one of us strives to learn and excel. Recognised by Sifted’s Rising 100 and LinkedIn's Top Startups, we’re here to help propel your career and together, make Moss a lasting success.

Our Product team is seeking a Senior Product Manager. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong finance domain understanding and a product-building mindset - whether that comes from a traditional Product background or from having worked in finance and then moved into Product. We’re looking for someone who understands how finance teams work, where workflows break down, and how to turn those insights into products that solve real customer problems.

Your responsibilities

  • Own a product area end-to-end, from discovery and roadmap definition through to launch, adoption, and iteration.

  • Develop a deep understanding of finance workflows, customer pain points, and operational realities to identify high-value product opportunities.

  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn customer and business needs into product requirements and shipped solutions.

  • Use research, customer feedback, and data to prioritise the roadmap and make high-quality product decisions.

  • Drive delivery with pace and rigour, ensuring what we build is valuable, usable, and scalable.

About you

  • You have strong experience either as a Product Manager or in a finance-related role where you have built, launched, or significantly improved products, systems, or workflows.

  • You bring a strong domain understanding of finance, accounting, spend management, or adjacent operational workflows.

  • You can demonstrate a builder mindset through products, tooling, systems, or projects you have created personally or professionally.

  • You are comfortable working cross-functionally and can translate complex business needs into clear product direction.

  • You are fluent in written and spoken English.

What we value

  • Domain depth – you understand the realities of finance teams and can spot meaningful product opportunities others might miss.

  • Builder mindset – you do not just identify problems, you turn them into practical solutions and can show evidence of what you have built.

  • Customer obsession – you stay close to user problems and use that insight to shape better products.

  • Data-informed judgment – you use qualitative and quantitative inputs to make decisions and measure impact.

  • Bias for impact – you prioritise ruthlessly and focus on outcomes over activity.
