Lead and scale Moss's referral partnership channel, manage a multinational partner management team, own the end-to-end referral funnel, design partner programmes and incentives, drive advisor portal adoption, implement automation and AI workflows, and coordinate cross-functional GTM activity with marketing, RevOps, and product.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS customers to drive engagement, identify upsell opportunities, mitigate churn, provide data-driven insights, represent product feedback internally, and improve customer journeys to increase retention and revenue.

As a Senior Brand Designer, you will shape the brand through engaging content, lead design efforts, and collaborate on campaigns while using tools like Figma and After Effects.
