Lead and scale Moss's referral partnership channel, manage a multinational partner management team, own the end-to-end referral funnel, design partner programmes and incentives, drive advisor portal adoption, implement automation and AI workflows, and coordinate cross-functional GTM activity with marketing, RevOps, and product.

Lead brand design across campaigns, social, motion, and design systems. Set creative direction, govern Figma systems, mentor designers, define motion standards, and integrate AI workflows to scale team practice.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, presenting solutions, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for prospects.
