Own Moss’s pricing and deal desk, approving non-standard pricing, discounts, and commercial terms while maintaining governance and deal velocity. Analyze discount discipline, price realization, deal structure, and win rates; develop segment-specific pricing guidance; coach sales representatives; and partner with Customer Success. The role also improves an AI-powered deal desk agent by reviewing its recommendations, correcting errors, and converting recurring exceptions into scalable rules and playbooks.

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered products using frontier LLMs. Create agents, RAG systems, and backend services; evaluate and improve model quality, ensure trust/privacy, and collaborate with product, design, and finance teams.

Prospect and create sales opportunities with CFOs and finance leaders across the UK using multi-channel outreach. Conduct market research, maintain accurate customer and pipeline data, optimize sales funnel processes, and collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing throughout the sales cycle. The role includes coaching and mentorship while developing sales expertise in a SaaS or FinTech environment.
