The role collaborates with Product, Engineering, Channel, and leadership teams to scope integrations, manage delivery, prioritize partners, and establish a repeatable partnerships playbook.

Own full-cycle talent acquisition across Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate management, and offer closing. Partner with leadership and hiring managers, advise on hiring decisions, improve recruitment processes, and share sourcing intelligence. Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and n8n to improve recruiting efficiency. The role covers multiple functions and seniority levels, including C-suite hiring.

Own full-cycle talent acquisition for technical roles, especially engineering, from sourcing and screening through offer management. Partner with hiring managers and leadership across locations, improve interview and candidate processes, and share recruiting insights with the wider team. Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and n8n to improve recruiting efficiency. Build strong candidate and stakeholder relationships while sourcing and closing hard-to-reach talent.
