As a Senior Associate within the Portfolio Investment Governance Product team you will be involved in end-to-end product delivery, championing innovation and contributing to our AI enablement.  You will also participate in discovery efforts to uncover customer solutions. 

The Portfolio Investment Governance Product team manage one of the most critical products within the Finance & Business Management ecosystem that is focused on enabling processes such as Portfolio Management, Capacity Management, Financial Management, Execution & Delivery and Reporting.  The over-arching aim of the Product suite is to improve the decision making on Technology Investments with consistent data and Taxonomies across GT.  The  Product Suite consists of a set of interconnected applications and microsystems that are evolving at a rapid pace to keep up with the growing needs of the organization and evolution to a Product operating model. The product team is responsible for setting the product vision, mission, and ensuring that the functionality helps solve real world problems for the Finance & Business Management organization.


Job responsibilities

  • Participate in  end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization and delivery feasibility.
  • Participate in discovery efforts to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Maintain and develop a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development 
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contribute to user documentation.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities where AI can enhance user experience, automation, or decision-making.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Work experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Developing knowledge of product or platform-wide release management, deployment processes, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in user acceptance testing and user documentation.
  • Experience using Jira Scrum boards and managing various issue types in Jira.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Exposure to AI-driven product features and data quality best practices.
  • Familiarity with prompt design, context engineering, and data-driven product behaviour and working in agile environment
