Team Overview

The Procurement team supports the business in the onboarding, management, and governance of third-party suppliers, while helping ensure compliance, risk management, and cost efficiency across vendor engagements. The team partners closely with stakeholders across Finance, Compliance, Legal, and business functions to oversee supplier selection, contract management, and procurement processes.
This role reports into the Procurement Manager. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

 

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing and supplier engagement
  • Assist with procurement administration tasks, such as documentation and coordination
  • Work with internal stakeholders to support procurement activities and ensure timely delivery
  • Contribute to supplier management and procurement operations as required

 

Required Knowledge And Experiences

  • Previous experience in procurement administration or support roles

  • Exposure to end-to-end sourcing/procurement lifecycle is desirable

  • Experience with procurement systems, ideally Coupa

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proactive and results-driven attitude with a willingness to get things done
