Develops buyer personas, playbooks, talk tracks, competitive messaging, discovery guides, and seller-training materials. Partners with sales, product, marketing, legal, compliance, and regional stakeholders to create scalable enablement frameworks. Analyzes enterprise buying groups, trains distributed teams, measures adoption, gathers feedback, and improves programs across regions.

Leads strategic analytics consulting engagements from problem framing through actionable recommendations. Responsibilities include scoping analytical work, managing client delivery, governance, budgets, risks, and quality; analyzing credit risk, scorecards, portfolios, segmentation, and bureau data; presenting findings to senior stakeholders; supporting commercial opportunities; and coaching analysts and consultants.

Owns end-to-end client onboarding and implementation for Monevo UK, coordinating Commercial, Product, Technology, Operations, and Client teams. The role manages launch plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, reporting, and stakeholder communications across concurrent implementations. It also resolves delivery barriers, improves onboarding processes and scalability, monitors performance metrics, and directly manages one Product Operations Analyst.

Owns full-cycle sales of complex consumer credit and reporting solutions, from prospecting and proposals through negotiation, contracting, and account growth. Builds strategic client relationships, manages high-value opportunities, achieves revenue targets, monitors market trends, and serves as a subject matter expert. The role also contributes to product innovation and business-case development while collaborating with sales, product, and specialist teams.

Provides empathetic support to customers affected by fraud, identity theft, and data breaches. Conducts telephone interviews, reviews and documents case information, assesses incidents, coordinates with customers, clients, specialists, creditors, and government agencies, and guides individuals through identity restoration and remediation. The role manages multiple cases, maintains accurate records, communicates updates, escalates complex matters, and explains available support options. Fluency in Croatian and English, customer service experience, strong organization, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with case management or CRM platforms are required.

Supports customers affected by fraud, identity theft, and data breaches by conducting interviews, assessing incidents, documenting case information, coordinating remediation, communicating with stakeholders, and providing empathetic guidance. The role manages multiple cases, escalates specialist issues, prepares correspondence, and explains available support options. Dutch and English fluency, customer service skills, strong organization, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with CRM or case management systems are required.
