Your role at Dynatrace

As a Growth Product Manager you put the customer experience at the center of every decision. You work with the technical and go to market product managers to explore which features or improvements have a big, small or no impact to our business goals and act upon these lessons learned. You are the interface between product, business, and go-to-market and pave the path to product-led growth.
Your responsibilities
You will work within the data edge platform solution team that is responsible for data acquisition and ingestion, cloud installation, and 3rd-party integration. Primary focus is on cloud-native workloads including K8s, serverless, and OpenTelemetry, in addition to traditional on-premise workloads. This is a critical area that enables the success for multiple solutions across Dynatrace.

  • Solution and cross-solutions KPIs and Goals: You develop and own KPIs aligned with business objectives (working within and outside R&D), establish annual growth goals, and adapt strategies as needed for optimal results. You develop and own end-to-end success tracking for hundreds of data acquisition sources across all pillars of observability (logs, metrics, traces)
  • Solution Growth Strategy: In close collaboration with the solution leadership, you drive cross-functional initiatives and product improvements to maximize ingestion from data acquisition sources with the largest potential
  • Data Insights: Working with data analysts, you use market, customer install base data, and customer feedback for informed decision-making and support the team in leveraging these insights to inform investment and divestment (EOL) decisions


Solution Licensing Strategy: You create and execute a comprehensive licensing strategy, optimizing pricing models and packaging while continuously adapting to market trends and competitor offerings for sustained growth.
What will help you succeed

  • You gained several years of related work experience in the IT industry e.g. Product Management, Software Product Design, UX Design or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education.
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or similar. Experience in Observability is a plus
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS and high-touch sales motions, understanding of enterprise buyer/business/technical profiles
  • You have validated conceptual and analytical skills and are fluent in analytics, usability tests, and other forms of qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • You understand the requirements of the market and your capabilities engender confidence that assignments are on track and on strategy.
  • You can break through organizational boundaries and are persistent to navigate through a complex environment without losing focus.

Compensation and Rewards
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is 80.000 euros gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a market conform salary in line with qualifications and experience.
