Job Summary
Middle Office Asset Servicing is driving a forward moving agenda to enhance the client experience and operating processes. As a result, In this role you will directly focus specifically on Middle Office Asset Servicing (Corporate Actions).
As an Asset Servicing Client Service Analyst in the Prime Middle Office team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and supporting the global corporate actions teams. You will be a part of a team that is tasked with resolving queries, managing exceptions and coordinating elections on voluntary events.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a review and handle Corporate Actions queries (dividends, P&I, mandatory, voluntary, proxy, tax) queries
  • Adhere to firm and departmental procedures and controls
  • Ensure 100% responses are received and sent on Corporate Action elections.
  • Understand the control environment and ensuring daily checks are completed
  • Participate in and facilitate team huddles
  • Escalate appropriately to senior managers
  • Assist with team and departmental processes and projects


Required qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Full lifecycle Asset Servicing product & process knowledge
  • Corporate Actions and Middle Office exposure
  • Financial markets product knowledge and understanding of the transaction lifecycle
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to face off to very demanding stakeholders and managing their expectations
  • Excellent problem solving skills to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop relationships across the various stakeholders including senior business executives
  • Motivated and able to deliver with minimal supervision, whilst working effectively in a team
