Pre-Sales Solution Consultant
Spain, Ireland or the United Kingdom
We seek an experienced and highly motivated Pre-Sales Solution consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales, account management, engineering and delivery team providing technical expertise, creating customised solutions for our clients, and helping drive the successful sale of our solutions and services.
You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring that proposed solutions align with client needs and our company’s capabilities. This role combines technical proficiency with a strong focus on customer engagement and solution selling.
Key responsibilities & duties include:
Pre-Sales Support & Solution Design

Work with the sales team to discover new opportunities and understand client needs.

Participate in solution discovery sessions, translating client requirements into Amach solutions and/or delivering new solutions.

Develop an understanding of the client's industry, business processes, and technology landscape.

Deliver solution presentations, dashboards/demonstrations and workshops to illustrate the value of proposed Amach solutions.

Design tailored Amach solutions that address customer requirements while aligning with Amach solutions group.
Client Engagement

Serve as the Amach solutions group subject matter expert (SME) in customer engagements, helping customers leverage Amach solutions to meet their business objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives e.g. C-suite executives, and IT decision-makers.

Address client questions and concerns during the pre-sales process, offering strategic insights and best practices around Amach Solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor for the client throughout the pre-sales and initial implementation phases.

Offer ongoing support to pre-sales for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, solutions group, engineering, and other teams to customize solutions and align with Amach Solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between sales and delivery teams to ensure a unified message and understanding.
- Work closely with the Amach delivery and engineering teams to ensure seamless pre-sales project handoff and implementation of Amach solutions.
- Support the creation of Statements of Work (SOW) and ensure deliverables align with internal and external expectations.
- Collaborate with product & marketing teams to create thought leadership content, case studies, and whitepapers on Amach Solutions.
Market & Technology Insights

Stay updated on Airline product & solution offerings, industry trends, and competitors to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Identify new opportunities for innovation and improvements in Amach solutions strategies.

Contribute to the development of AWS-focused sales enablement materials.
Required Skills:
-
Proven experience in an IT pre-sales consultant or solution architecture role within an IT services or consulting company, including experience of the sales process and ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Experience in AWS, enterprise IT architecture, application development, and cloud migration strategies. Including expertise in software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases, and APIs.

Experience with AI/ML services on AWS, big data solutions, call centre platforms, etc.

Analytical skills with experience in assessing client needs and recommending the most effective solution.

Great communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Experience in leading customer engagements from a technical perspective and managing client expectations.
