We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO in daily operations. This role is essential for ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative processes within the organisation. managing both personal and professional tasks. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to anticipate needs, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain confidentiality while delivering high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain an organised filing system and ensure all documents are easily accessible.
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Perform general office duties.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate events and personal errands as required.
- Draft emails, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders professionally.
Requirements:
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
