We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support our Leasing Advisory business line leaders.

What your day-to-day will look like

  • Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management

  • Inbox management and housekeeping, highlighting key priorities and ensuring all key meetings and deadlines are being met

  • Manage, coordinate, and arrange travel-related activities, including international travel, accommodation and producing itineraries

  • Organising meetings and presentations, booking the relevant rooms, refreshments and equipment

  • Drafting agendas, documents and presentations as required

  • Organising team/client events 

  • Dealing with telephone calls and emails from clients and colleagues in a professional manner and escalating any issues

  • Processing expenses and supplier invoices

  • Ad-hoc duties (i.e. arranging IT support, arranging signing of key documentation etc)

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients (externally) and colleagues (internally)

  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business

  • Collaborate closely with the wider PA network and cover colleagues in the event of absence/workload challenges 

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • A positive attitude is essential, as is a genuine enthusiasm for the work that will be undertaken

  • A strong understanding and experience of supporting senior managers

  • Knowledge of processes and systems e.g., Expenses and travel software

  • Strong working knowledge of Office 365 – Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to efficiently multitask

  • Maturity and professionalism to deal with senior colleagues globally

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to work autonomously with clear understanding of priorities

  • Enthusiastic, dependable and willing team player
