About the Role

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide seamless, proactive administrative support to a Head of Department or Business Unit Director, developing a strong understanding of their priorities, working style and business needs. You will act as a key point of coordination, helping to manage complex schedules, communications and day‑to‑day operations while maintaining professionalism, discretion and attention to detail at all times.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex diaries, meetings and travel arrangements, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met
  • Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling requests professionally and efficiently
  • Preparing and coordinating documentation, reports, presentations and meeting materials

  • Building strong relationships across the business while handling sensitive information with confidentiality

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You

You will be an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant who thrives in a dynamic, professional environment and enjoys supporting senior stakeholders. You will be confident managing multiple priorities at once, able to anticipate needs before they arise, and comfortable using your initiative to solve problems independently. You will communicate clearly and professionally at all levels, bringing a calm, discreet and service‑focused approach to everything you do. Above all, you will take pride in delivering high‑quality support and embodying strong values and professionalism in your work.

You will also have:

  • Strong proficiency across Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
