Manage product creation requests through Freshservice, reviewing, transforming, enriching, and validating product data for SAP processing. Collaborate with stakeholders to meet deadlines, investigate and correct data or process issues, promote data management standards, and identify workflow improvements. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication, stakeholder engagement, data entry and management experience, and proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and preferably SAP or an equivalent system.

Provides administrative and organisational support to the Technical team across product development and buying processes. Responsibilities include coordinating samples, fittings, supplier visits and meetings; maintaining compliance records and critical-path documentation; supporting inspections and testing; managing reports, invoices, supplier setup, systems and training documentation; and liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.

Administer watch repairs from workshop estimate through final client collection. Liaise with clients, brands, workshops, and internal teams; verify repair quality and invoices; maintain repair records, pricing documents, and systems; monitor SLAs and chase overdue work; manage communications and complaints; calculate client charges; and coordinate secure domestic and international dispatches.

Manage and engage social media communities, moderate discussions, monitor sentiment and trends, provide insights for social strategy, support crisis and reputation management, and improve community workflows, reporting, and engagement performance.

Provide employee relations support and case management across behavior, absence, performance, family leave, and flexible-working matters. Advise and coach line managers on employment law, policies, and best practices; manage cases through resolution; identify trends using management information; improve HR processes; maintain accurate records; deliver training; and support junior team members. The role requires excellent communication, organization, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of work.

Design and build visually compelling, responsive email campaigns across editorial, promotional, triggered, and transactional communications. Create digital assets, modular templates, and dynamic content using Figma, Photoshop, and Emarsys. Collaborate with content, CRM, creative, and strategy teams, incorporate feedback, and test campaigns across devices, email clients, mobile platforms, and dark mode. Support ongoing optimisation of customer engagement while maintaining brand, functional, personalisation, and accessibility standards.

Owns complex business-as-usual activities, system improvements, and operational projects supporting Customer Service teams. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, system testing, process documentation, stakeholder management, training, business continuity planning, data protection and PCI compliance, and processing customer data requests. The role also supports Operations Assistants, drives continuous improvement, maintains operational standards, and coaches colleagues.

Lead delivery of luxury interior projects from concept to installation. Produce technical drawings and specifications, manage budgets, timelines and procurement, conduct site visits, oversee bespoke FF&E and joinery, present to clients, and mentor junior designers. Must submit a portfolio of high-end projects.
