Manage end-to-end UK payroll delivery across the Group, ensuring accurate, compliant, timely payments and statutory reporting. Own payroll schedules, controls, reconciliations, funding, systems, audits, risk management, and continuous improvement. Lead and develop the payroll team, resolve complex issues, manage stakeholders and external providers, oversee system upgrades and testing, and provide reporting and operational expertise for legislative and business changes.

Support Corporate Partnerships by administering campaign delivery: monitoring performance, preparing briefings and presentations, maintaining partner pages and records, coordinating meetings and calendars, producing insight reports, conducting research, and ensuring timely, accurate project tasks to improve partnership performance.

Manage and execute end-to-end loyalty initiatives for Harrods Rewards, including promotions, email and lifecycle campaigns, creative briefs, and cross-team delivery to drive retention and customer lifetime value.
