Manage product creation requests through Freshservice, reviewing, transforming, enriching, and validating product data for SAP processing. Collaborate with stakeholders to meet deadlines, investigate and correct data or process issues, promote data management standards, and identify workflow improvements. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication, stakeholder engagement, data entry and management experience, and proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and preferably SAP or an equivalent system.

Provides administrative and organisational support to the Technical team across product development and buying processes. Responsibilities include coordinating samples, fittings, supplier visits and meetings; maintaining compliance records and critical-path documentation; supporting inspections and testing; managing reports, invoices, supplier setup, systems and training documentation; and liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.

Administer watch repairs from workshop estimate through final client collection. Liaise with clients, brands, workshops, and internal teams; verify repair quality and invoices; maintain repair records, pricing documents, and systems; monitor SLAs and chase overdue work; manage communications and complaints; calculate client charges; and coordinate secure domestic and international dispatches.
