🏡🏢This is a Hybrid role, based from our London (Shoreditch) Office 3 days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the People Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our culture, driving an energetic, high-performing workplace where people thrive. You’ll shape impactful people's experiences, ensure our benefits and processes are exceptional, and make a lasting difference for every employee across the business. Leading a small but mighty team—including a People Experience Partner (responsible for office and events) and a People Ops Coordinator—you’ll inspire and guide them to deliver an exceptional workplace experience while continuously refining our people operations to support our growth and ambition.

HRIS Management (Bob): Manage our HRIS, ensuring integrations and modules are functioning smoothly, maintaining clean data, generating reports, and building automation where possible.

People Analytics: Analyse key metrics like turnover, engagement, DEI, and retention, creating reports and dashboards to help leaders understand trends, track progress, and identify areas for improvement in the employee experience.

Benefits Management: Oversee the benefits function, from introducing new benefits and managing relationships with external providers to handling annual renewals and company-wide benefits communications.

People Policies: Partner with the Head of People and People Partners to create, update, and communicate company policies.

Performance Management: Prepare performance-related reports, manage timelines, and handle post-performance process updates, ensuring a smooth and organised performance review cycle.

Engagement Surveys: Take ownership of managing company-wide engagement surveys, coordinating with People Partners on communications, timelines, and results analysis.

Onboarding Experience: Lead a world-class onboarding experience for new joiners, working closely with IT Support to ensure a seamless process.

Team Management: Manage the People Experience Partner and People Ops Coordinator, ensuring they are set up for success. Through this, you'll ultimately oversee the delivery of exceptional office and events management, ensuring these functions contribute meaningfully to a thriving workplace experience.

We’re Looking For
✨Proven Experience in People Operations- You bring experience across core People Ops functions, including onboarding, benefits, employee engagement, performance management. Ideally, you've worked in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Analytical with a People Focus: You’re comfortable using data to drive insights and influence change. You value the human side of HR and understand the impact of thoughtful people processes.
✨Organised Problem Solver: You thrive in a role where you can balance big-picture strategy with operational execution. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to improve processes and experiences continuously.
✨Strong Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: Able to build trust quickly and influence across all levels of the organisation. You’re empathetic, an active listener, and comfortable working with senior leaders as well as frontline employees
✨Adaptable and Solution-Oriented: You handle challenges with a positive, solution-focused mindset, and are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
