🏢This is a Hybrid role, working from our London (Moorgate) Offices 3 days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to run the engine room of our People function. You’ll make sure every part of the employee experience runs smoothly - from onboarding to offboarding - while keeping our systems, processes and data sharp as we continue to scale. You’ll also lead a small but brilliant team and work closely with our People Partners and Talent Partners across the business.

  • Owning and improving People Ops processes across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Keeping our HRIS clean, accurate, and running efficiently.
  • Building people dashboards and insights that help us make great decisions.
  • Delivering a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience.
  • Overseeing benefits, policies, and compliance across the business.
  • Leading and developing our People Ops Coordinators and Workplace Experience Partner.

We’re Looking For 🔎

  • Experience working in a fast-paced People Ops environment.
  • Strong HRIS capability and confidence building workflows and reporting.
  • Comfortable using data to spot trends and drive improvements.
  • Proven ability to innovate, streamline and automate People Ops processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Someone organised, proactive, and excited to make People Ops run brilliantly at scale.
