🙌🏼 What you will be doing

This role will lead People Operations for the UK & Ireland whilst supporting other areas of the people function. You’ll be a core member of our tight-knit People team in an organisation that is leading the way support in the world of Crypto, Payments and Web3.

🧩 What you will be working on
  • Own and deliver all core People Operations across the UK & Ireland including onboarding, off-boarding, contracts, compliance and day-to-day employee lifecycle management.
  • Manage payroll operations for the UK and Ireland ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations queries, providing clear, practical guidance and escalating where needed.
  • Maintain and optimise our HRIS (HiBob), keeping data, workflows, documentation and reporting accurate and up to date.
  • Oversee all benefits operations across the UK & Ireland, including enrolments, renewals, provider relationships and employee support.
  • Coordinate office operations for our UK and Ireland hubs, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and a positive employee experience.
  • Produce key People reports and dashboards to inform decision making.
  • Be a trusted People partner to employees and managers, helping them navigate policies, processes and day-to-day challenges with clarity and empathy.
  • Support the end-to-end Performance Management cycle, partnering with managers to ensure reviews, calibrations and objective setting run smoothly.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the UK, Poland and US for roles at all seniority levels.
  • Source and attract top tier talent through creative and unconventional channels across both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to craft forward thinking hiring strategies.

🤟🏻 What you will bring
  • Experience in a People Operations or HR Generalist role.
  • Hands-on expertise across onboarding, off-boarding, HR systems, payroll inputs, benefits administration and people documentation.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law, Ireland would be a plus.
  • Confidence in managing ER matters.
  • A process driven mindset with the ability to create structure, spot gaps and improve workflows.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems (HiBob and GreenHouse preferred), Google Workspace and a modern People Tech stack.
  • Experience running full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and regions.
