The People Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and support to internal customers. This includes overseeing operations, managing employee enquiries, acting as first line support in respect of all queries and issues raised to the admin support team. To respond to those matters promptly and appropriately including escalating as necessary.

Job Description

**Please note this is a 6 month FTC**

​​​​​​Your role as a People Coordinator 

  • Work closely with teams across corporate and retail operations, particularly within HR, to ensure effective support and coordination.
  • Partner with Workday SME leads and the Systems Team to support HR operations and enhance the user experience across the business.
  • Collaborate efficiently with the Helpdesk team to deliver timely, accurate responses to HCM queries and process needs.
  • Champion continuous improvement by embracing new technologies and methods that enhance HR systems and processes.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional service and support, maintaining high standards across all HR touchpoints and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
  • Monitor team and stakeholder feedback to identify areas for service enhancement and innovation.

  • Experience with HR systems (Workday experience is a plus)
