As we continue to scale, evolve how we serve our customers and embed AI into the way we work, we're looking for a People Business Partner who can help turn that ambition into organisational reality.

You'll be joining an award-winning People team, recognised as CIPD People Team of the Year and HR Excellence People Team of the Year, inside a business named among the FT's Best Employers in Europe and one of the UK's most innovative companies.

This is a genuinely strategic partnering role. Working alongside our Services leadership team across the UK and India, you'll help shape a function that has the right structure, skills and capability to scale, deliver profitably and continuously improve the experience we provide to our customers.

If you're at your best when you're challenging and coaching senior leaders, solving complex workforce problems and using data to turn business strategy into people decisions, we'd love to hear from you.

What You Will Do
  • You'll act as a trusted partner to our Services leadership team, translating commercial priorities into a clear and actionable people strategy.

  • You'll take the lead on organisational design and strategic workforce planning across a multi-disciplinary, dual-geography workforce, helping us make the right decisions around cost, capacity, utilisation, capability and future skills.

  • Leading strategic workforce planning across our global workforce, balancing capability, capacity, cost and utilisation.

  • Embedding our talent architecture, including job families, levelling, capability frameworks and career pathways across technical, consulting and support roles.

  • Partnering with leaders on talent, succession and performance, strengthening pipelines for business-critical and hard-to-fill roles.

  • Using people data and talent metrics to identify challenges, influence decisions and measure the impact of our people strategy.

  • Developing targeted engagement and retention strategies to reduce regretted attrition and strengthen the employee experience.

AI isn't a side project here. You'll champion AI literacy and adoption across Services and work with leaders to think differently about roles, skills, workflows and productivity.

We're looking for a People Partner who is curious about what technology means for the workforce and can translate that into practical organisational change.  #LI-LB1

What You Will Have
  • You'll already have significant experience operating as a People Business Partner or HR Business Partner, ideally within technology, SaaS, professional services, consulting or another complex people-led organisation.

  • You'll be comfortable operating in a medium or large matrixed business and able to demonstrate the end-to-end impact you've personally had (not simply the programmes you've supported).

We're particularly interested in hearing from people who can demonstrate:

  • Strong strategic partnering with senior business leaders and leadership teams.

  • Experience translating business strategy into meaningful people and workforce plans.

  • Commercial understanding and an appreciation of how workforce decisions affect business performance.

  • Hands-on organisational design experience, strategic workforce planning and a skills based approach to organisational capability.

  • Technology-enabled organisational change, whether through AI, automation, workflow improvement or broader digital transformation.

  • Experience partnering a Professional Services, consulting, implementation, customer delivery or technology Services organisation would be particularly valuable.

  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme for confidential support
