Leads technical operations for assigned managed-services customers, maintaining estate knowledge, CMDB quality, lifecycle risks, change governance, incident response, and operational documentation. Provides technical leadership during major incidents and on-call support, contributes to root-cause investigations, validates post-incident reviews, and oversees remediation of security findings. Partners with delivery, account, and pre-sales teams while representing customer context in service reviews and governance activities.

Lead pre-sales activities for OneAdvanced’s legal software portfolio, including customer discovery, tailored product demonstrations, demonstration environment management, digital demo content creation, bid responses, and technical customer questions. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Revenue Enablement, and Support teams to communicate product value, support launches, and help progress commercial opportunities. The role is primarily remote with occasional customer and office travel.

Develop and execute regional commercial growth strategies across the Primary and Community Health market. Build executive relationships with NHS leaders, secure new business, expand strategic accounts, manage complex sales opportunities, maintain pipeline forecasts, and position OneAdvanced as a trusted transformation partner. Collaborate cross-functionally with account management, product, marketing, professional services, and support teams to align customer priorities with sustainable revenue growth.

Design end-to-end SaaS and cloud solutions, lead customer discovery workshops, translate business needs into scalable architectures, and advise on integrations, APIs, data flows, and modernization. Create infrastructure diagrams and technical documentation, support bids and presentations, collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams, and mentor colleagues while serving as a trusted technical advisor.
