Provides technical support across desktop, mobile, networking, and IT infrastructure systems for customer sites and end-users. Troubleshoots and resolves incidents, service requests, and problems; escalates issues appropriately; maintains ticket ownership and SLA compliance; and creates training materials, runbooks, and knowledge-base articles. The role requires strong ITSM knowledge, enterprise IT experience, logical troubleshooting skills, customer focus, and travel across UK customer locations.

Leads technical operations for assigned managed-services customers, maintaining estate knowledge, CMDB quality, lifecycle risks, change governance, incident response, and operational documentation. Provides technical leadership during major incidents and on-call support, contributes to root-cause investigations, validates post-incident reviews, and oversees remediation of security findings. Partners with delivery, account, and pre-sales teams while representing customer context in service reviews and governance activities.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for NHS clients, from prospecting and discovery through complex deal closure. Engage CFOs, finance, IT, procurement, and transformation leaders; sell Finance and ERP SaaS solutions; manage strategic accounts; develop industry insights; maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline governance; and collaborate with solution consultants and enterprise architects on transformation-focused opportunities.
