Landytech is on a mission to build the intelligence and infrastructure that empower asset stakeholders to shape the future of wealth.

We are the company behind Sesame, the specialist AI-powered investment management platform for family offices, trust companies, private banks and asset managers. Built by practitioners with deep roots in institutional asset management, Sesame is connected to more than 500 custodians and helps clients reduce reporting time by over 80%.

We solve a complex and consequential problem: helping sophisticated institutions turn fragmented wealth data into trusted information and better decisions. Doing that takes expertise and collaboration across every discipline — from product and technology to operations, client services and go-to-market.

We are a high-growth B2B fintech, backed by Aquiline Technology Growth, with offices in London, Paris and Pune. Joining Landytech means taking meaningful ownership, working with talented colleagues across teams and geographies, and seeing the impact of your work as we scale a product that already matters to our clients.

The role

We are hiring a Partner Relationship Manager to grow Landytech's private-bank referral channel. Working with our Partnerships Director, you will build trusted relationships with wealth management teams who advise ultra-high-net-worth clients and family offices.

This is a relationship-led commercial role: earning credibility with private bankers, understanding how they support their clients, and demonstrating when and how Sesame can add value to them and their clients. The goal is to turn meaningful conversations into a consistent flow of high-quality referrals to the Sales team.

You will develop new private-bank relationships and deepen existing ones across multiple teams and decision-makers. You will own an assigned portfolio and work closely with Sales to progress referrals into qualified opportunities, with clear accountability for relationship activity and pipeline.

Role & responsibilities

  • Originate trusted relationships with new private banks, engaging senior stakeholders, relationship managers, family-office desks and wealth-advisory teams.
  • Grow existing bank partnerships through multi-threaded engagement, expanding beyond individual champions to build repeatable sources of family-office introductions.
  • Develop credibility by understanding each bank's clients, priorities and referral processes, and explain Landytech's value in clear, relevant private-banking terms.
  • Build practical engagement plans for priority banks, including stakeholder maps, agreed objectives, meeting activity, referral pathways and follow-up actions.
  • Proactively secure warm introductions to family offices and relevant prospects; work with Sales to qualify referrals, ensure good handovers and support opportunity progression.
  • Scale bank engagement through regular meetings, targeted briefings, educational enablement sessions and relevant GTM events that help banking teams identify referral opportunities.
  • Make referrals easy with concise messaging, suitable client examples, clear processes and timely feedback, while respecting confidentiality and bank requirements.
  • Own relationship performance and partner-sourced pipeline, accurately recording engagement, introductions, opportunities and next steps in HubSpot; coordinate with Sales and Marketing to deliver on commitments.

What we're looking for

  • At least four years of proven relationship-building experience within financial services (including technology companies) ideally with experience in direct work with private-bank stakeholders.
  • A track record of establishing new institutional relationships and strengthening existing ones, with examples of qualified introductions, referrals or commercial opportunities generated.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the credibility, judgement and discretion to engage senior bankers and develop long-term trust.
  • Commercially minded: able to identify mutual value, qualify an introduction and support referral-led pipeline without needing to close the sale personally.
  • Proactive, organised and persistent, able to navigate complex organisations, maintain momentum and scale engagement across multiple contacts and bank teams.
  • Collaborative in working with Sales, Marketing and other internal teams; comfortable taking ownership of outcomes and reporting against agreed KPIs.
  • Confident using CRM (HubSpot preferred), with strong data discipline. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a big plus.

What success looks like

  • A growing network of credible private-bank advocates who understand when and why to introduce Landytech services to their clients.
  • Active, multi-threaded relationships across priority banks, rather than dependence on a small number of individual contacts.
  • A consistent increase in relevant family-office introductions, qualified referrals and partner-sourced sales pipeline.
  • A repeatable engagement rhythm and clear reporting on bank activity, referral quality, opportunity progression and agreed actions.
  • Strong collaboration with Sales so that referred clients have a positive experience and banking relationships continue to strengthen.

This role is probably not for you if you want:

  • To manage a technology integration or software-alliance ecosystem; that is not the core focus of this position.
  • A passive account-management role without responsibility for opening doors, building trust and generating introductions.
  • A pure closing-sales position or ownership of the full partnerships strategy; those responsibilities sit with Sales and the Partnerships Director.

Experience

  • Growing or running a referral partner network is a strong plus.
  • Experience enabling partners through training, materials and joint GTM matters more than having owned a full ecosystem strategy.
  • A business-related degree or solid financial-services knowledge is useful, but not a hard filter.
  • Inquisitive and determined, with the ability to work through barriers to build success.
  • Proven relationship-management experience, including owning and building relationships across complex businesses that often span multiple geographies and languages.

This role is probably not for you if you want:

  • To set partnerships strategy or run the whole function — that sits with the Partnerships Director.
  • A closing Account Executive role, or a high-volume SDR job with little partner or relationship management work.
  • To work only on contracts and legal matters, with little day-to-day partner enablement and pipeline follow-through.

Why Landytech

  • High growth. We are growing fast, with international expansion underway.
  • Expertise. Hands-on learning with people who know this market well.
  • Collaboration. You will work across Sales, Product, Customer Success and Marketing, not in a silo.
  • Transparency. Shared dashboards, KPIs and regular Q&As with the CEO.

Our Benefits

  • An opportunity to work in a fast growing fintech revolutionizing investment reporting
  • Hybrid style of work/ 2 days working from our office in London
  • Stock options, bonus & commission schemes depending on your role
  • Private medical insurance with Bupa for you and your family members
  • Pension Plan with NEST
  • Cycle to Work Scheme and gym allowance

How to apply

If this sounds like you, apply with your CV and a short note explaining your interest. We are particularly interested in private-bank relationships you have personally built, how you established credibility with senior banking stakeholders, and examples of referrals or qualified pipeline those relationships produced.
