ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a customer-centric, and data savvy Partner Marketing Manager to help us grow our partnerships.  You will develop and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes and elevate engagement from partners and end users of our products. 

 
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
 

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing a deep understanding of our partners' audiences and our products to deliver targeted and effective data-driven marketing recommendations across the customer journey for your portfolio of partners

  • Planning, localizing and delivering on multi-channel marketing strategies and optimizations, with a significant focus on email marketing and mobile messaging

  • Delivering on front-end content optimization and testing initiatives, working closely with Product to improve conversion across digital touchpoints

  • Collaborating with Analytics to analyze performance metrics, optimize channels, and identify growth opportunities for your portfolio of partners

  • Partnering with the Creative team to develop compelling marketing assets, providing strategic input on messaging, design requirements, and performance objectives

  • Contributing channel best practices and learnings and developing playbooks to drive continuous improvement across your portfolio

Success in this role means:
  • Driving Measurable Results: Delivering quantifiable increases in both travel engagement metrics and partnership revenue 

  • Data-Driven Excellence: Establishing a high velocity optimization cadence for your portfolio that is continuously refined based on performance data

  • Innovation & Thought Leadership: Bringing innovative ideas that elevate reach and engagement for your portfolio of partners and/or the entire community

 
YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing and a proven track record of achieving performance targets

  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills 

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience extracting insights from data to drive strategy and create compelling narratives

  • Adaptable and self-motivated problem-solver who thrives in dynamic and ambiguous environments

  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and KPIs

  • BA/BBA/MBA in Business or Marketing or a related field
