The Global Partner Marketing Manager is a hands-on role within the Global Partner Marketing team, responsible for shaping and delivering high impact executive partner programs and compelling partner content. This role brings together executive level engagement, content creation and storytelling, and cross functional collaboration to drive exceptional engagement opportunities that foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth.

You will lead the strategy and execution of C-suite and executive partner programs, while also owning the narrative, content, and communications that bring these, and other partner programs to life across events, campaigns, and always on channels. Acting as a connector across marketing, product, PR, enablement, and sales, you will translate complex technical and business topics into clear, inspiring stories that resonate with partner audiences globally.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Programs & Engagement

  • Define, design, and deliver global executive partner programs, including C-level engagements, VIP experiences, content and invitation only events.
  • Identify and qualify strategic partners for executive and account-based programs, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Own the end-to-end engagement journey: themes, agendas, editorial calendars, speakers, messaging, briefing materials, and post event follow-up.
  • Partner closely with executive level stakeholders and teams to ensure strong storytelling and a consistent narrative across live, virtual, and hybrid partner events.
  • Track and optimize program performance using pipeline impact, engagement data, event participation, and qualitative executive feedback.

Content Creation, Storytelling & Communications

  • Own the partner content and communications strategy aligned to executive programs and broader partner marketing objectives.
  • Create and curate high-quality content including thought leadership, keynote narratives, event content, blogs, case studies, partner enablement assets, PR and executive communications.
  • Be instrumental with managing proactive and reactive press coverage opportunities for the partner team and measure the impact of PR and media campaigns.
  • Translate complex technical and strategic topics into compelling stories tailored for partner and alliance audiences.
  • Lead the full content lifecycle: planning, creation, editing, approvals, activation, measurement, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across all partner touchpoints and executive moments.
What will help you succeed

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ideally degree level education, preferably in relation to a Marketing discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years partner/alliance marketing experience with B2B software/high tech/SaaS company, with proven ability to deliver executive level marketing programs, C-suite engagements, or VIP partner experiences.
  • Partner program and partner lifecycle insight and knowledge.
  • Must be an independent, flexible self-starter with high-energy and a growth mindset who can build rapport and drive execution with multiple teams.
  • Data-driven with experience measuring and optimizing program and content performance.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and mar-tech such as Marketo, Salesforce, PowerBI, Zift and Asana but you’ll be fully supported by the Global Operations Team.
  • Comfortable working across global time zones and willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20-30%).
  • English fluency required; additional languages are a plus.
