Manage EMEA payroll operations through an outsourced CloudPay model, including payroll review and sign-off, reconciliations, controls, compliance, vendor management, KPIs, SLAs, issue resolution, team leadership, training, process improvement, and project coordination. The role partners with Finance, HR, senior leadership, and payroll providers to deliver accurate and timely payroll across EMEA locations.

Drive enterprise software sales across strategic public-sector accounts, managing account plans, executive relationships, forecasts, new business acquisition, and expansion opportunities. Use MEDDPIC, product demonstrations, events, channel partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration to position Dynatrace’s observability and security platform. Build relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders, develop enterprise strategies, and ensure successful customer implementations.

Leads Dynatrace’s enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, governance, and value realization across business functions. Establishes responsible AI policies, risk frameworks, and oversight standards; evaluates build, buy, and partner options; builds an AI Center of Excellence; develops organizational AI literacy; and advises executives on AI investments, adoption, and measurable productivity outcomes. The role requires significant enterprise transformation leadership, cross-functional influence, vendor evaluation, and expertise in modern AI architectures and platforms.

The Logs Specialist will drive the adoption of Dynatrace's logging solutions, act as a domain expert, lead POCs, and provide technical guidance to customers.

The Cloud Native Specialist will support technical discovery, execute PoCs for cloud-native solutions, and integrate Dynatrace into CI/CD pipelines while acting as a Kubernetes expert.

Partners with People & Culture stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, define user stories and acceptance criteria, map processes, and support Agile solution delivery. Acts as the liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams while identifying process improvements, dependencies, risks, and impacts across HR technology solutions, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
