Supports sales by delivering technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, cloud architecture guidance, RFIs and RFPs. Partners with sales teams, customers, channel partners, product management, and services teams to evaluate solutions and communicate Dynatrace’s observability value. Presents to executives and at industry events, troubleshoots technical issues, manages multiple opportunities, and provides customer feedback to improve products and market adoption.

Supports 4–8 client accounts by analyzing Digital Experience data, using backend traces to identify root causes, and connecting technical performance to business outcomes. The role manages complex engagements, promotes new use cases, presents findings, supports proofs of concept, mentors analysts, and prepares customer and executive deliverables. Strong English and French communication, quantitative analysis, consultative client engagement, and prioritization skills are required.

Manage regional accounts, monthly US GAAP reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory financial statements, audits, tax compliance, VAT returns, SOX controls, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting. Partner across teams to ensure accurate multi-country, multi-currency records while improving and standardizing accounting processes. Mentor junior accountants and use automation and data tools to increase efficiency.

Partners with People & Culture stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, define user stories and acceptance criteria, map processes, and support Agile solution delivery. Acts as the liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams while identifying process improvements, dependencies, risks, and impacts across HR technology solutions, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
