Identify and qualify sales opportunities for APM software by researching accounts, outbound prospecting, and contacting senior IT leaders at Fortune 1000 companies. Use CRM (Salesforce) to track activities, run telemarketing and database programs, educate prospects on Dynatrace solutions, meet metrics, and collaborate with field sales and marketing.

Manage day-to-day payroll operations for EMEA using an outsourced model (Cloudpay), process multi-country payrolls including complex international and expatriate scenarios, prepare submissions, reconcile payments, support escalations, maintain controls and documentation, and partner with HR, Finance and vendors to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery.

The Logs Specialist will drive the adoption of Dynatrace's logging solutions, act as a domain expert, lead POCs, and provide technical guidance to customers.
