Build and scale Dynatrace's EMEA Executive Briefing Program as single-threaded owner: define operating model, run executive briefings, partner with Sales/Product/Marketing, manage logistics, drive KPIs and business outcomes, recruit and lead a regional team, and ensure consistent, outcome-driven executive experiences that accelerate pipeline and strengthen strategic customer relationships.

The Field CTO will engage with executives to align business priorities with technical strategies, enhancing customer experiences and driving transformation through Dynatrace's solutions.
