Manage strategic relationships and long-term growth for multiple global enterprise accounts. Develop account strategies and roadmaps, expand platform adoption, coordinate sales and support teams across regions, lead complex negotiations and global contracts, engage C-level stakeholders, and mobilize cross-functional resources to drive customer outcomes and recurring revenue growth.

Manage EMEA payroll operations through an outsourced CloudPay model, including payroll review and sign-off, reconciliations, controls, compliance, vendor management, KPIs, SLAs, issue resolution, team leadership, training, process improvement, and project coordination. The role partners with Finance, HR, senior leadership, and payroll providers to deliver accurate and timely payroll across EMEA locations.

Drive enterprise software sales across strategic public-sector accounts, managing account plans, executive relationships, forecasts, new business acquisition, and expansion opportunities. Use MEDDPIC, product demonstrations, events, channel partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration to position Dynatrace’s observability and security platform. Build relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders, develop enterprise strategies, and ensure successful customer implementations.
