Leads Dynatrace’s enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, governance, and value realization across business functions. Establishes responsible AI policies, risk frameworks, and oversight standards; evaluates build, buy, and partner options; builds an AI Center of Excellence; develops organizational AI literacy; and advises executives on AI investments, adoption, and measurable productivity outcomes. The role requires significant enterprise transformation leadership, cross-functional influence, vendor evaluation, and expertise in modern AI architectures and platforms.

Owns end-to-end recruitment for complex Sales roles across EMEA, especially DACH. Partners with senior Sales leaders, builds proactive talent pipelines, conducts talent mapping, analyzes recruiting and market data, and uses AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing and hiring outcomes. The role also champions candidate and hiring-manager experience while advising on talent availability, compensation, location, and competition.

Leads international accounting operations across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, overseeing financial close, statutory reporting, audits, compliance, SOX controls, transformation, and process standardization. Partners with finance and business teams on acquisitions, restructuring, and expansion while managing external providers and geographically dispersed accounting teams. Serves as deputy to the Senior Director and drives leadership development, operational metrics, automation, and global controllership strategy.
