Job Description

Do you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a passion for bringing innovative products to market? Are you skilled at building and nurturing strong relationships? If so then this Partner Go-to-Market lead role is for you!

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for partnerships that drive revenue growth and market share. You will closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and ongoing partner success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive go to market strategies for partner channel.

2. Identify and develop new propositions to meet partners need that align with the company’s goal.

3. Build and manager strong relations with key partners.

4. Develop and deliver training programs for partners.

5. Create co-marketing campaigns to drive partner and product awareness.

6. Track and analyse partner performance metrics.

7. Identify and mitigate risks associated with partner launches.

8. Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing got to market strategies.
  • Experience in building and managing partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of partner marketing and sales channels.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
