As the Casino Lead for Brazil, you will be responsible for the day to day set-up of the Brazilian gaming sites and apps. As well as monitoring and optimizing site performance and content layout you will use your local market expertise to set the supplier mix and content roadmap for your region. Your gaming knowledge combined with your customer obsession will mean you are constantly seeking out customer friction points and how to solve them.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Has proven experience in industry or a similar role.
- Has an analytical mindset and proficiency in using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive performance.
- Is organized and process-driven, capable of managing multiple workflows and stakeholders concurrently.
- Can communicate with senior stakeholders including C-suite for effective decision-making.
- Creating a feedback loop with local customer service teams to identify and fix customer friction points.
- Fluency in Portuguese (Brazil) is a plus.
- Has the ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with teams located in different regions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Report into the Head of Gaming Performance and working closely with senior stakeholders.
- Responsible for all aspects of the Brazilian Gaming website & apps set-up from the content roadmap to product positioning.
- Obsessive measurement of site and content performance, optimizing layouts and content and reporting on performance.
- Managing the implementation of commercial partnerships across the sites.
- Work with marketing and CRM teams to ensure optimum utilization of Gaming content, tools and supplier marketing support is leveraged through the customer plans.
- Execution of regional Live Casino strategy.
- The lead Gaming stakeholder within your region. Representing Gaming at regional meeting, leading reporting into regional leads and sharing wider Gaming insights and tests.
- Stay updated with industry & local trends, innovations, and best practices in online gaming.
