We're seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as Office Manager and Business Support, working closely with our Regional Lead Director as well as Business Support for our Project & Development Services (PDS) team, you will ensure our 150-strong Bristol office runs seamlessly every day and support our Head of Clients and Growth in PDS. You will work closely with support network of our other regional office managers and local community. supporting satellite offices in Exeter and Cardiff.

You'll be the beating heart of our Bristol office, splitting your time between high-level office management/PA support to the regional director (50%) and PDS (50%). Whether you're coordinating with our business support team, supporting our people, or ensuring our office operations run like clockwork, no two days will be the same.
From organising corporate events and managing budgets to being our health & safety champion, you'll develop skills across every aspect of modern office management. We'll provide comprehensive training, - and you'll join a supportive network of regional office managers across our community.
What Makes You Perfect for This Role:
- Natural leadership with administration or secretarial experience (property sector experience welcomed but not essential)
- Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office, SharePoint and SalesForce skills
- People-focused with excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Organised and proactive – you thrive on variety and can prioritise effectively
- Flexible learner comfortable with new systems and processes
- Present and engaged – this role requires regular office attendance (typically 5 days, 9am-5:30pm)
Your Varied Responsibilities Will Include:
Supporting our Regional Lead Director with diary management, travel arrangements, and business development activities whilst maintaining our office as the premium workspace our people deserve. You'll coordinate everything from charity events and work experience programmes to budget management and compliance reporting.
Supporting the Regional Lead in their Growth and Clients role is also a crucial element to staying on the front foot of tracking our clients growth aspirations. Ensuring our SalesForce data and our team are kept on track for the growth strategy.
