About the Role

As an Office Manager on our Workplace Services team, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll create a welcoming and organized environment, supporting both employees and visitors while handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Your role will be integral in maintaining a positive workplace culture and keeping our office space optimized for productivity.

In this role, you will own

Office Operations

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests, ensuring they have a great experience

  • Keep conference rooms well-maintained, manage meeting schedules, and ensure all necessary equipment is ready to use

  • Oversee office, kitchen, and shared workspace upkeep, ensuring supplies are stocked and areas remain organized

  • Manage meal deliveries, including coordinating lunch and dinner orders, as well as setup and cleanup

  • Support internal events and special occasions, handling logistics to ensure smooth execution

  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and serve as the main contact for building management

  • Monitor and maintain office supply levels to ensure the team has everything they need

  • Assist with onboarding by preparing workstations, welcoming new hires, and ensuring their workspace is ready from day one

  • Take ownership of special projects as assigned to improve office operations and efficiency

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Provide light calendar support for senior leaders, helping coordinate meetings, manage scheduling conflicts, and book rooms

  • Assist with travel bookings and itinerary preparation on an ad hoc basis

  • Handle occasional administrative tasks such as preparing meeting materials, managing correspondence, or supporting team logistics

IT Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for basic office tech issues — printers, AV equipment, and video call setups

  • Liaise with IT vendors to coordinate repairs and escalate issues as needed

Your background looks something like this

  • 1–3 years of experience in an office management, administrative, or operational support role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization

  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

  • A strong customer service approach and mentality

  • A knack for spotting inefficiencies and taking initiative to improve processes

  • A track record of being the go-to person who keeps things running behind the scenes
