Job Description

  • Job Title: Office Administration Assistant
  • Location: London City
  • Job Type: Maternity cover – Full Time or Part Time (minimum 3 days per week), one year FTC

Role overview

The Office Administration Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the financial advisory team. This role involves working collaboratively with the support team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner within a professional, corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

    • Managing client onboarding process, KYC/AML checks
    • Handling Companies House uploads
    • Updating CRM entries
    • Issuing invoices, chasing payments
    • Liaise with FRP’s finance/accounting team as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Accountancy knowledge or training a plus
