About our Clients
Our client, based in E16 area, are now seeking an experienced Room Leader / Third in Charge to run and support their ever growing Pre-School room, ideally you will have an QTS, EYTS or Degree, or have loads of experience in supporting a large Pre-school room and leading a large team together with the additional responsibilities of a Third in Charge role.
Based on a 40 hour week, salary is up to £35k depending on experience and qualifications, together with 30 days annual leave, including bank holidays, and 3 inset days per year.

Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Third in Charge Role
Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant) Ideally QTS, EYTS, or Degree level
Minimum 2 year’s experience leading a Pre-School room in a nursery or early
years setting
Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room
and the wider nursery setting
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children, families, and
colleagues in the nursery setting
