The role:

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional ready to support a dynamic UK team in achieving key sales and business goals? Join us as a National Account Coordinator and play a pivotal role in driving our High Street & Grocery chanel success!


What you will do:

  • General Administration: Support the team in hitting EPOS and sales targets for the High Street & Grocery channel. Manage retailer nominations, new line forms, and UK retailer invoices. Ensure internal documents are updated with the latest listings and commercial agreements, and assist with onboarding new customers.
  • Digital Assets: Help the sales and marketing teams with digital asset projects, providing briefing documents and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Retail Tracking & Audits: Run weekly checks on retailer .com pages to ensure content, pricing, and imagery are accurate. Conduct monthly store visits, reporting on brand and competitor analysis.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Update weekly EPOS trackers and provide monthly channel-specific reporting, including share tracking and competitor insights. Provide ad-hoc reporting for key projects and presentations.
  • Ad Hoc & Project Support: Assist with new customer setups, support retailer events and influencer giveaways, and manage retailer execution tracking both online and offline.

What You Will Need:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in FMCG, sales, or retail, ideally with knowledge of EPOS and retailer relations.
  • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced), Word, Canva, and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, commercially aware mindset with the ability to analyze data and offer valuable insights.
