Role Overview
RLB is continuing to win projects within Data Centres, Major Projects, Aviation, Hotels & Leisure, Retail, Residential and Sports & Entertainment and Industrial & Logistics, and we are looking for more talented professionals to help deliver them from Cost Manager to Senior Cost Manager level.

Role Responsibilities
- Support the successful delivery of projects across a range of sectors.
- Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying & Cost Management duties.
- Work closely with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver projects successfully and on budget.
- Client relationship management and development.
- Comply with established Commercial, Procurement, Contractual strategies.
- To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline.
- Chartered / Professionally Qualified (MRICS or equivalent), or studying toward.
Experience
- Experience of supporting the delivery of MEP packages on a range of projects.
