Provides HR advice and employee-relations support across multiple European countries. Manages onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, employee data, HR systems, global mobility, immigration support, EOR processes, and payroll-related changes. Requires substantial commercial finance leadership experience, professional services expertise, and a recognized accounting qualification.

Lead planning, scheduling and coordination of data centre construction projects from inception to completion. Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, identify risks and bottlenecks, produce progress reports, and collaborate with contractors, engineers and clients to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Manage cost and quantity surveying for MEP packages within Data Centre projects, ensuring successful project delivery within budget while fostering client relationships.
