Supports construction project managers across the full project lifecycle, from concept and design through construction and operations. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors; supporting procurement and contract administration; maintaining project data; coordinating project teams; tracking milestones; monitoring costs and progress; and attending site visits and meetings. The role includes structured mentoring and development toward professional accreditation.

Leads delivery of a major data centre campus project across design, tender, construction, testing, and commissioning. Manages clients, design teams, contractors, contracts, change, commercial matters, risk, reporting, and on-site delivery. Oversees 1–2 staff, supports proposals and business development, and ensures compliance with procurement, commercial, contractual, health and safety, security, and quality standards.

Leads commercial finance strategy, budgeting, forecasting, business reviews, performance reporting, financial controls, compliance, revenue recognition, cash management, and process improvement. Partners with senior leaders to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. Develops the finance team through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning while optimizing ERP systems, including Dynamics 365. Requires substantial commercial finance leadership experience, professional services expertise, and a recognized accounting qualification.
