Lead planning, scheduling and coordination of data centre construction projects from inception to completion. Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, identify risks and bottlenecks, produce progress reports, and collaborate with contractors, engineers and clients to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Client-side cost management for a major roads and bridges package: cost planning, estimating, procurement, NEC contract administration, change control, risk management, stakeholder/interface coordination, cost assurance and reporting across highways, bridges, drainage, utilities and railway/highway interfaces.

Lead pre- and post-contract quantity surveying and cost management for projects (data centres, major projects, industrial & logistics). Manage budgets, client and contractor relationships, commercial and procurement strategies, and ensure financial control and reporting throughout project delivery.
