Lead GRESB submissions, gap analyses, data collection, quality assurance, benchmarking, and improvement roadmaps. Advise on BREEAM In-Use strategy, evidence gathering, site surveys, certification, and asset improvements. Manage workstreams, present findings to investment stakeholders, contribute to bids and pricing, and develop delivery tools and methodologies.

Leads commercial finance strategy, budgeting, forecasting, business reviews, performance reporting, financial controls, compliance, revenue recognition, cash management, and process improvement. Partners with senior leaders to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. Develops the finance team through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning while optimizing ERP systems, including Dynamics 365. Requires substantial commercial finance leadership experience, professional services expertise, and a recognized accounting qualification.

Lead pre- and post-contract quantity surveying and cost management for projects (data centres, major projects, industrial & logistics). Manage budgets, client and contractor relationships, commercial and procurement strategies, and ensure financial control and reporting throughout project delivery.
