The role involves designing and implementing DevOps solutions on public cloud, with responsibilities in automation, CI/CD pipelines, technical support and platform ownership for media services.
Position Purpose
We are looking for an Engineer with strong background in DevOps Solutions design and implementation (on Public Cloud infrastructure) together with good consultative skills and customer facing experience.
Our DevOps team touches upon all services across the organization at various stages. This ranges from continuous deployments as per legacy systems or end to end ownership across much of our Public Cloud environment.
The role will focus on the development, evolution and operational support of various Media Domain Platforms ranging from solution design, infrastructure deployment, automation and E2E dev-ops ownership of said platform(s) once Live. Platforms in scope deliver streaming and media services to major customers in a B2B model.
Main accountabilities - you will:
• Requirement gathering and assesment of technical options to fulfill those requirements• Collaboration with DevTeam to create tailored solution in case of high value customers• Infrastructure and application deployment automation
Implement and mantain CI/CD pipelines
In scope are both Public Cloud and on-prem solutions• Technical support for the microservices/platform components in the area of responsibility• Security Audit & Hardening• Cost Optimization• Proof of Concept Creation• Capacity Provisioning for new deployments• Test, validate and integrate new technologies

Operational wise• Automated monitoring and auto recovery mechanisms• End to end platform ownership (infrastructure, automations, components, and services delivered)• Continuous optimization in platform/technology/processes/costs• Implement and mantain CI/CD pipelines• Prepare solution documentation• Do technical presentations and workshops for the customer.
