Working closely with Marketplace, Product, Commercial, Seller Success, and Regional teams, you will develop scalable partner programs, strengthen partner capabilities, and drive merchant success and marketplace growth.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong operational excellence, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and a passion for building marketplace ecosystems.

What You'll Do
  • Build and execute the partner ecosystem strategy across European markets.
  • Recruit, evaluate, onboard, and develop high-quality marketplace partners aligned with business priorities.
  • Design scalable partner enablement programs, governance mechanisms, operational standards, and performance frameworks.
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships and continuously improve partner capability, service quality, and merchant satisfaction.
  • Develop partner segmentation, incentive models, and ecosystem operating mechanisms to maximize commercial impact.
  • Lead cross-functional programs involving Marketplace, Product, Commercial, and Regional Operations teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze ecosystem performance and business metrics to identify growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketplace operations, partner ecosystem management, business operations, or cross-border e-commerce.
  • Experience managing marketplace partners, agencies, service providers, or ecosystem partners.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace business models and ecosystem operations.
  • Proven experience building partner programs, enablement frameworks, governance models, or operational mechanisms.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Experience working for or with marketplace platforms is highly preferred.
