About the Role

As a Marketplace / Ecosystem Partner Account Manager, you own the end-to-end relationship with third-party service and technology partners (ISVs, integrators, solution providers) that enable JD's marketplace sellers. You drive partner onboarding, activation and revenue growth, and you are the single accountable point connecting sellers, partners and internal marketplace teams. Your goal: turn these partners into a reliable engine that grows seller success

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner & account management: Own the relationship for key ISV/integrator/ecosystem partners; drive commercial negotiation, onboarding, activation and long-term growth.
  • Seller enablement: Support newly launched sellers through the onboarding funnel to hit launch targets.
  • Commercial growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow seller/partner revenue and adoption.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Interface with CS, Fulfillment, Seller Ops, Product and R&D — align on who does what for servicing.
  • Escalation & trust: Own first-line escalation for partner/seller issues; ensure disputes route to the right track, not left unhandled.
  • Reporting: Track onboarding, GMV, seller health metrics and surface risks early.

Requirements

  • 3–5 yrs in e-commerce marketplace / seller management / account management (two-sided marketplace preferred).
  • Experience with ISV/integrator ecosystems or SaaS partner programs
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and grow seller/partner revenue.
  • Data-driven: translate metrics (GMV, activation, onboarding) into action.
  • Excellent communication + stakeholder influence (internal + external).
  • English professional working proficiency
  • Cross-functional, self-driven, comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
