Hello! We're Teya.

Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance.

At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities.

We’re here because we don’t believe there’s a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street.

We’re here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don’t think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters.

We’re here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us.

Become a part of our story.

We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.

About the role:

The Marketing Partner (Spain) owns Spanish-market product positioning and messaging, leads local GTM execution for launches and initiatives, enables commercial teams (direct, inside, and partners), and strengthens performance through insight-led iteration.

This is a highly cross-functional role for a strong communicator who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution—and who can translate global direction into locally resonant narratives for Spanish SMBs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop customer-backed positioning for each core product and feature in the Spanish market.

  • Build and maintain a simple, coherent Spanish messaging framework aligned to Teya’s overarching value proposition.

  • Partner closely with Product and Sales to ensure narrative consistency and clear differentiation across all touchpoints (web, sales scripts, onboarding comms, in-app, partner assets).

  • Own the Spain GTM process end-to-end, from readiness and launch through to post-launch optimisation.

  • Align launch objectives, target segments, and success metrics across Product, Sales, Growth Marketing, and Partnerships.

  • Deliver clear launch plans so teams understand what’s launching, why it matters, and how to sell it in Spain.

  • Track adoption, activation, and commercial performance, feeding learnings into future launches.

  • Create high-quality sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling, and demo scripts.

  • Support partner and ISV propositions and co-marketing assets with the Partnerships team, ensuring a consistent and persuasive product story. Ensure messaging consistency across all sales channels.

  • Work with Brand and Growth Marketing to ensure campaigns, website content, CRM, and in-app messaging reinforce the product narrative for Spanish SMBs.

  • Coordinate launch communications across web, CRM, and in-app channels with strong tonal consistency and clarity.

  • Continuously test and refine messaging to improve conversion, activation, and retention.

  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify positioning shifts, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.

  • Collect and synthesise merchant feedback from sales, onboarding, support, win/loss analysis, and partner insights.

  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for Product and Commercial leadership.

What Great Looks Like:
  • You turn complex product detail into simple, compelling stories that resonate with Spanish SMBs.

  • You build trust quickly across functions and drive alignment without heavy process.

  • You’re rigorous with data and creative with narrative.

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.

  • You think strategically and execute operationally, switching comfortably between both.

Your Story:
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or a similar role (B2B, SaaS, and/or fintech preferred).

  • Proven experience leading product launches and building structured GTM processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong cross-functional stakeholder influence.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to shape priorities and evaluate impact.

  • Experience creating sales enablement and partner-facing materials.

  • Fluent Spanish (native-level) and strong English (working proficiency).

  • Based in Madrid, with regular in-office collaboration.

Teya is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, or background can thrive and do their best work. We believe that a diverse team leads to better ideas, stronger outcomes, and a more supportive workplace for all.

If you require any reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process whether for interviews, assessments, or other parts of the application—we encourage you to let us know. We are committed to ensuring that every candidate has a fair and accessible experience with us.
