Job Description:

Marketing Executive (A12) 

Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays  

Full time, 37.5 hours per week  

Hybrid working options available  

Permanent Contract 

Salary: £28,400-£32,000 dependant on experience

The marketing executive will work with the SME Marketing Manager and Marketing team, supporting, developing and delivering campaigns for small to medium sized business prospects. These will be focused on acquisition campaigns and driving new business growth to meet set targets. There will be significant focus on performance, optimisations and efficiency on the plan, and you will support the team to ensure we are continually focused on this working with key stakeholders. 

 

How you’ll help us make health happen: 

 

  • Support with the development of all communication processes both internally and externally and contribute to the development and implementation of business projects. 

  • Champion Bupa SME UK Insurance products, the brand, the customer and their needs through all communications and attend meetings with key stakeholders 

  • Ensure optimised commercial impact of campaigns to deliver acquisition targets 

  • Deliver a range of cross channel marketing activity which supports customer communication journeys across the funnel 

  • Support the development of email marketing in particular - help create and optimise the programme of email communications to improve engagement levels 

  • Measuring all activity against KPIs in place with a results-focused approach 
     

 

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: 

 

  • Good level of B2B/SME marketing experience 

  • A positive, proactive self-starter. 

  • Experienced in creative delivery end to end: from brief to campaign fulfilment. 

  • Confident working with a wide marketing mix including: PPC, SEO, Social, Radio, Direct Response, PR, Content, and Email Marketing. 

  • A supportive team player with an enthusiasm to collaborate with both internal and external colleagues. 

  • Comfortable creating communications within a regulated environment. 

  • Good communication and presentation skills. 

  • An understanding and interest in the health insurance / wellbeing market would be great 

  • Implementation experience in the latest online and offline tools, methods and approaches that are driving retention. 

  • Confident communicator able to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
