Job Summary

As the Marketing Campaigns Executive, you will be part of the UK marketing team in London, reporting to the Customer Engagement Marketing Manager. You’ll play a key part in delivering end-to-end B2C marketing campaigns that drive engagement, leads and enrolments. From idea to execution, you’ll help shape integrated campaigns across multiple channels, creating seamless, high-converting customer journeys that connect with our audience at every touchpoint.

Job Responsibilities

· Support the planning and delivery of integrated B2C campaigns across email, paid media, web, content, and events

· Execute multi-channel campaigns from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with performance goals

· Develop compelling, customer-focused messaging and creative to drive engagement

· Create and optimize emails, landing pages, forms, and nurture journeys to improve engagement and conversion across the funnel

· Manage and maintain campaign content and assets across digital channels

· Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying insights to optimize results and maximize ROI

· Support test-and-learn initiatives to continuously improve campaign effectiveness

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, integrated campaigns

· Support the promotion of webinars, events, and key marketing initiatives

· Contribute ideas and energy to a high-performing marketing team

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

· 2+ years’ experience in B2C marketing

· Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital channels

· Strong copywriting skills with the ability to engage audiences and drive conversion

· Data-driven mindset with confidence using insights to optimize campaign performance

· Commercially focused, with a clear understanding of performance metrics and ROI

· Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment

· Proactive, self-starter with a test-and-learn mindset and continuous improvement approach

· Collaborative team player who contributes positively and brings energy and ideas

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

· Experience with creative design and video production tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)

· Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude) to enhance marketing effectiveness and performance

· Experience using email marketing and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)

· Experience working with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management systems

· Industry knowledge across legal, education, and/or technology sectors

Location

We operate with a hybrid working approach with 2 days a week in the Central London office (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and 3 days a week working from home (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays).
