We’re looking for a motivated graduate who has completed their studies and is looking for a broad, commercially focused role in a fast-growing business.

Reporting directly to the CMO, this is a generalist role focused on performance, with exposure across marketing, data and customer growth. You’ll work on a wide range of projects that support the growth of the business, while also owning key day to day marketing activities that keeps things running smoothly.

This is an ideal role for someone who is analytical, curious, and keen to learn how a scale-up operates.

What you'll be doing:

Business-as-usual marketing

  • Support and deliver day to day marketing activity across multiple channels (email, CRM, web, SMS and more)

  • Build, launch and optimise campaigns and customer journeys, ensuring communications are accurate, timely and on brand

  • Monitor performance and report on results, highlighting what’s working and where improvements can be made

Projects & growth initiatives

  • Work on a range of projects, from testing new propositions to improving customer engagement and conversion

  • Analyse data and customer behaviour to support decision-making and prioritisation

  • Partner with teams across product, data, sales and operations to ensure marketing activity drives measurable commercial impact

  • Take ownership of projects end-to-end as your confidence and capability grow

Areas you could be working on:

  • Building and testing personalised customer journeys

  • Improving conversion, retention and attach rates across key products

  • Working with AI and technology to drive efficiencies

  • Supporting marketing activity in new international markets

  • Helping shape how we measure marketing performance and customer lifetime value

  • Ad-hoc analysis and problem-solving to support senior decision-making

What you'll need to succeed:

  • A strong academic background with a degree that's ideally in numerate or analytical subjects such as Economics, Data, STEM or similar

  • A graduate with relevant internships or early careers with some experience working in a scale up environment

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data

  • Commercial common sense and a focus on outcomes, not just activity

  • The ability to work at pace, balancing planned campaigns with fast-moving, reactive opportunities

  • A proactive, low-ego approach, you’re happy to get stuck in and take responsibility

  • Tech-savvy with a passion for AI and quick to learn new tools (experience with platforms like HubSpot is a bonus, not essential

  • Curiosity and a growth mindset, you’re always testing and learning

  • You understand the value of data to drive decisions and are confident analysing performance and investigating issues

  • Alignment with our values and a desire to make a meaningful impact

Location and eligibility:

  • Based in the UK and able to work from our Hammersmith office 5 days a week
