About The Role
The Role
The Marketing Executive plays an integral agile part within our Go-to-Market Marketing team. Based in our Global HQ at Baker Street, you will work collaboratively with the Marketing Managers and the Enablement team to manage creative briefs through to asset delivery. The candidate will provide input, and support in formulating and implementing the relevant strategies and marketing campaigns.
By collaborating with the Marketing Managers and Creative Services on all resource requirements, you will identify the appropriate third-party partner to execute and deliver our campaign creative and support in the process. This is not just about delivering assets, every brief, no matter how small, is a vital part of our marketing activity. You will also provide valuable support with projects and platforms across the Go-to-Market team.
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing workflow of projects, from initial brief to final delivery.
Responsible for ensuring correct workflow compliance of all briefs through our platforms including Monday.com and Frontify.
Responsible for driving workflow process end to end including:
Receive brief and ensure this is clear or clarify where necessary.
Ensuring the list of deliverables, budget and deadlines are clear and achievable.
Creating project timelines with key milestones and dependencies.
Creating a Project Gantt through Monday.com to be shared and worked through for the duration of production.
Collaborate with our Creative Services to identify and secure the best resource partner for the delivery of each asset/project.
Collaborate with the Brand & Programmes and Enablement teams to receive Content, Social, and Paid Digital assets.
Ensure our resource partners are correctly briefed.
Manage rounds of amends, ensuring we work to two rounds of amends and receive consolidated feedback from our client.
Review all work to ensure this is on brand and of the highest quality.
Take part in regular meetings to report the project’s status.
Ensure any changes to the original brief are identified, change control is issued and budget and timeline changes are flagged and agreed.
Ensure all final assets are uploaded into our DAM (Frontify) and correctly tagged as per our naming conventions.
Use campaign reporting/tracking (e.g. UTM, campaign codes etc) and ensure they are being picked up in the Power BI dashboard for future reporting where necessary.
Arrange ‘lessons learned’ project wash ups at the end of each campaign so we can continuously improve our service.
Flag opportunities to cross collaborate on campaigns.
Support the Go-to-Market Marketing team with general activities and one-off projects, for example:
Events management and logistics
Marketing platform management
UK Marketing network
E-newsletter approvals
Social media
Professional Experience
Minimum 1-year experience in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns
Good project management skills with the ability to prioritise and successfully work across a number of projects at one time
Confident and articulate; able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation
Good interpersonal skills
Proactive, hands-on and a good sense of self-motivation
Strong sense of creativity and attention to detail
Flexible, adaptable, and co-operative attitude; able to work efficiently alone or as part of a wider team
