At FloQast, we are redefining how accounting teams operate in an AI-powered world. We help finance leaders move faster, work smarter, and transform the Close — and we’re scaling rapidly across EMEA.

EMEA North is one of our most exciting growth regions, spanning the UK & Ireland, Nordics, and Israel. The Mid-Market segment in particular represents a major opportunity — and this role will sit at the center of that expansion.

This is more than a coordination role.

It’s a front-row seat to high-growth tech marketing.

You will work alongside ambitious regional leaders. You will see how strategy translates into pipeline. You will build the skills, commercial awareness, and execution muscle that define successful tech marketers.

If you’re serious about building a career in B2B marketing — this is where you start accelerating.

No visa sponsorship is available at this time.

What You'll Do:

    Help Power Regional Growth
  • As Marketing Coordinator, EMEA North, you will be a key contributor to the regional marketing engine — focused on driving awareness and demand across multiple markets.

  • You will:

  • Support execution of integrated regional campaigns across the Mid-Market segment

  • Contribute to email and paid campaign copy that drives engagement and pipeline

  • Identify region-specific channels and creative tactics to grow brand visibility

  • Partner with content, design, digital teams, and agencies to bring campaigns to life

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered with accuracy, speed, and commercial alignment

  • You won’t just “assist.”  You’ll help turn strategy into measurable growth.

  • Bring Events to Life Across the Region
  • Events remain one of the most powerful growth levers in B2B — and you will help activate them across EMEA North.

  • You will:

  • Support planning and execution of conferences, field events, and webinars

  • Develop creative regional tactics to increase registrations and attendance

  • Coordinate vendors, logistics, and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Work closely with Sales to align marketing activity to priority accounts

  • You’ll see firsthand how regional execution drives real revenue conversations.

  • Travel will be part of the role — because growth happens in-market.

  • Operate at the Heart of the Marketing Engine
  • Manage campaign tracking and workflow in Asana

  • Keep projects moving forward across multiple markets

  • Help ensure deadlines are met and quality remains high

  • Support reporting and insight gathering to improve future performance

  • This is where you build operational excellence — one of the most valuable skills in modern marketing.

  • Learn the Commercial Side of Marketing
  • You will work closely with regional sales teams and marketing leadership, gaining exposure to:

  • Pipeline targets

  • Mid-Market growth strategy

  • Regional prioritization decisions

  • Cross-functional collaboration at scale

  • You’ll understand how marketing connects directly to revenue — early in your career.

  • Role Structure
  • Reporting into the Snr Director Marketing, EMEA

  • Dotted-line into the Sr Manager Marketing, North (who owns overall regional strategy and Enterprise focus)

  • Functional and operational responsibilities may evolve to maximize both your strengths and business needs

  • For high performers, this role creates clear pathways into broader field marketing, regional ownership, or demand generation leadership.

What You'll Bring:

    Experience
  • 2+ years in marketing (B2B preferred; SaaS a plus)

  • Experience supporting campaigns, events, or demand generation initiatives

  • BA/BSC degree

  • Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization ability

  • Comfort juggling multiple deadlines across different markets

  • High attention to detail

  • Tech-curious mindset; ability to learn new tools quickly

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace is a plus

  • Mindset
  • We’re looking for someone who:

  • Wants to grow fast

  • Thrives in a high-performance environment

  • Takes ownership of outcomes

  • Stays calm under pressure

  • Is excited by the pace of tech and AI-driven transformation

  • There will be busy days. There will be stretch moments. That’s intentional.

  • This role is designed for someone who sees challenge as opportunity.

Why This Role Matters:

  • EMEA North is a strategic priority for FloQast. Mid-Market expansion will shape our regional success over the next several years.

  • This role sits at the execution core of that ambition.

  • You will work with experienced leaders.

  • You will gain exposure to regional strategy.

  • You will develop the execution discipline that defines strong marketers.

  • If you are looking for a safe role, this isn’t it.

  • If you are looking for a launchpad into a serious tech marketing career — this is it.
