We work closely with Revenue, Marketing, Data, and Product teams to accelerate revenue growth, optimize efficiency, and build the GTM technology foundations supporting Airwallex's next phase. Our mandate is to translate business requirements into flexible, scalable systems—turning first-principles problem-solving into real operational impact across the revenue engine.

About the role

As a Manager, Revenue Systems, you will drive and coordinate the technology backbone of our GTM engine, working within a collaborative team focused on building a scalable revenue engine across regions. Your work will span revenue systems design, process optimization, and embedding automation across our revenue tech stack. You'll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and translate complex business requirements into scalable systems, and help shape how Airwallex's commercial organization operates at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Drive scalable revenue growth across Airwallex's business divisions by improving our revenue systems, data, integrations, and automations

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Revenue, Marketing, Data, and Product to shape our revenue system design

  • Manage our GTM tech stack, fielding ad-hoc queries and training teams on best practices.

  • Apply first-principles problem-solving to translate key business requirements and issues into scalable, flexible solutions across our revenue systems and data

  • Develop and lead process optimization initiatives within our commercial organization to identify and address areas for improvement

  • Communicate key recommendations to stakeholders, including the CRO, Regional General Managers, and others

Minimum qualifications (Must-have's)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with demonstrated academic achievement

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Design & Administration, or IT Transformations

  • Strong ownership mentality and self-starter attitude — resilient under pressure, comfortable navigating a global organization, and able to identify and prioritize opportunities with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach

  • Excellent communicator, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solver

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Permission Sets, Object Schema)

Preferred qualifications (Nice-to-have's)

  • Experience working in a high-growth tech company

  • Hands-on experience with the Salesforce tech stack, including Apex, LWC, or Visualforce

  • Hands-on experience building with AI

Sales

Our London office is scaling fast. We're a 140+ strong team and growing, and our Sales team is right at the heart of it. The momentum is real: we're investing over $1bn into the region and $590m into the UK. Revenue is up 116% year on year and volumes have surged 226%, and we’ve only captured a fraction of what’s possible. That's where you come in. You'll be selling a world-class proven product into a market that's still wide open. Global heavyweights like McLaren Racing, Arsenal, Bolt, Qantas, and Carwow already run on Airwallex. For you, that means real ownership from the start, a role you'll scale, and scope that grows as fast as you can sell. It's a rare moment to join: proven product, open market, and a team going places
