Own the full sales cycle for partner-referred SME customers in the UK, from qualification and consultative discovery through negotiation, closing, and initial onboarding. Build strong relationships with referral and ecosystem partners, sell financial solutions including multi-currency accounts, payments, FX, treasury, and corporate cards, achieve revenue targets, and collaborate with legal, risk, compliance, onboarding, and revenue operations teams.

Owns the transformation of Airwallex’s global Finance function by designing its future systems landscape, identifying high-impact use cases, and delivering AI-enabled solutions from prototype through production. The role combines product management and lead engineering responsibilities, including roadmap ownership, technical architecture, stakeholder alignment, reusable building blocks, change management, adoption, and outcome measurement.

Lead a global, multi-year financial crimes compliance transformation across operating models, processes, systems, testing, and controls. Build roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, govern working groups and executive forums, improve tracking through AI and automation, and coordinate cross-functional leaders. Provide UK and EMEA corporate, regulatory, and commercial legal advice for a fintech business. Support fundraising, M&A, market expansion, licensing, governance, marketing initiatives, and commercial agreements. Own and grow strategic customer accounts across EMEA by increasing product adoption, driving retention and expansion, and closing upsell opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor, lead technical and commercial discussions, develop account plans, and translate customer needs into multi-product solutions.
