Manage strategic enterprise customer accounts, building executive relationships, driving renewals, upsells, cross-sells, retention, and revenue growth. Establish scalable content processes, manage freelancers or agencies, and build a high-performing content marketing discipline.

Lead and execute banking partnerships strategy for UK and Europe, manage strategic partner relationships, coordinate due diligence and onboarding, identify integration opportunities with local banks and payment methods, conduct market research, and represent Airwallex externally as an industry thought leader while working cross-functionally to scale collections and payouts.

Lead global second-line oversight of credit, FX, and counterparty risk across Airwallex’s products and legal entities. Own risk frameworks, appetite, limits, governance, portfolio monitoring, underwriting challenge, escalation, loss mitigation, and new-product risk assessments. Partner with senior leaders, regulators, auditors, banking partners, and risk committees while overseeing exposures across payments, cards, FX, treasury, settlement, and banking activities.

Lead Airwallex’s APAC partnerships strategy, managing major existing and prospective partnerships, executive relationships, due diligence, negotiations, and cross-functional initiatives. Serve as the regional partnerships expert and primary liaison to the APAC General Manager, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives. Monitor the competitive landscape, advise executive leadership, develop industry relationships, and lead diverse specialist teams to deliver strategic partner outcomes.

Own the full sales cycle for UK Seed and Series A startups, from prospecting and qualification through closing and onboarding. Build relationships with venture capital, accelerator, founder, and angel communities; conduct outbound sales; guide customers through KYC and product setup; educate founders on Airwallex’s financial platform; gather competitor and customer feedback; and represent the company at startup events, roundtables, and community activities. Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive customer value.

Leads strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, capital allocation, and company-wide financial strategy. Partners with executives across Product, GTM, and Operations on major initiatives, develops board and investor materials, improves finance infrastructure, and drives cross-functional decision-making. Builds and mentors the Strategic Finance team while enhancing reporting systems, processes, and analytical rigor across a global, scaling organization.

Own field marketing initiatives across the UK and EMEA, including sponsorships, exhibitions, roundtables, dinners, and webinars. Execute partner co-marketing activities, manage events end to end, develop localized collateral and messaging, coordinate pre- and post-event engagement, and optimize pipeline performance through KPIs, lead follow-up, and ROI analysis. Represent Airwallex at key events and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, partners, customers, and vendors.

Provide on-site and remote IT support for employees across the Americas: troubleshoot macOS/Windows and SaaS apps, run new-hire onboarding, manage offboarding and hardware, support meeting room AV and events, maintain documentation, triage/ escalate requests, and assist with office moves and basic networking issues.

Partner with senior leaders to own full-cycle recruitment for Product & Design globally. Design sourcing strategies, manage end-to-end hiring (outreach to offer), use data to drive decisions, ensure interviewer calibration, and strengthen employer brand to attract diverse senior talent.

Lead end-to-end market expansion across EMEA and the Middle East: set market-entry strategy, design licensing and operating models, align product roadmap, run cross-functional governance and launch readiness, and support CEO Office strategic initiatives and crisis response.

Manage and evolve the EMEA financial crime compliance monitoring and testing program. Design risk-based testing frameworks for AML, sanctions, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting controls. Validate system-encoded controls, use data analytics and automation for continuous assurance, establish performance metrics, report findings to executives, oversee remediation, and represent the function during regulatory examinations, audits, and banking partner reviews.

Lead design and delivery of enablement programs across EMEA, translating GTM priorities into onboarding, product training, content, and AI-enabled tools. Partner with commercial leaders and Revenue Operations to improve sales execution, analyse funnel performance, and scale enablement to accelerate revenue and rep productivity.

Lead regional revenue strategy and operations for UK, Ireland & Eastern Europe: build performance tracking, territory management, and AI-powered tooling; partner with commercial leaders and cross-functional teams to drive forecasting, QBRs, and scalable go-to-market operations.

Lead development of an AI-native agentic payments platform: own merchant experience, optimize global payment flows (batching, routing, fee netting), strengthen clearing/settlement infrastructure, drive reliability/compliance/liquidity, and embed autonomous agents for support and automation across cross-functional teams from concept to launch.

Advise enterprise merchants to improve payment success rates by analyzing large datasets, designing optimization playbooks, leading client deep-dives, training internal teams, partnering with Product/Engineering/Data Science to build AI/ML optimization solutions, and liaising with external payment stakeholders.

Lead and manage global payroll operations and systems, ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance, reconciliations, and reporting. Drive payroll system implementations and automations, resolve employee payroll queries, partner with HR, Legal and Finance on entity setups and international expansion, and develop payroll process documentation and improvements.

Lead EMEA SEO strategy and execution across technical SEO, content optimization, and internationalization. Work cross-functionally to implement SEO recommendations, drive organic revenue, improve E-E-A-T for YMYL content, analyze performance, and scale localized SEO initiatives.
