Lead and execute banking partnerships strategy for UK and Europe, manage strategic partner relationships, coordinate due diligence and onboarding, identify integration opportunities with local banks and payment methods, conduct market research, and represent Airwallex externally as an industry thought leader while working cross-functionally to scale collections and payouts.

Lead global second-line oversight of credit, FX, and counterparty risk across Airwallex’s products and legal entities. Own risk frameworks, appetite, limits, governance, portfolio monitoring, underwriting challenge, escalation, loss mitigation, and new-product risk assessments. Partner with senior leaders, regulators, auditors, banking partners, and risk committees while overseeing exposures across payments, cards, FX, treasury, settlement, and banking activities.

Lead Airwallex’s APAC partnerships strategy, managing major existing and prospective partnerships, executive relationships, due diligence, negotiations, and cross-functional initiatives. Serve as the regional partnerships expert and primary liaison to the APAC General Manager, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
