Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

About the role

Netflix is where culture happens: the watercooler conversation, the ultimate source of FOMO, the place where everyone finds something that's genuinely for them, and often it's something they never knew they needed.

In this new role you'll sit within our Brand Slate and Live Publicity team. You’ll manage live publicity campaigns and you’ll take a helicopter view across our Talent Strategy, connecting casts, creators, and cultural voices across brand activations, tentpole moments, and live events.

You'll bring a strategic, joined-up view to talent relationships that are often built in isolation.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term, strategic talent relationships that go beyond single-campaign engagements.
  • Build and maintain a company-wide view of talent relationships, activity, and priorities to prevent duplicated or conflicting outreach.
  • Identify opportunities and lead the strategy to bring together talent across different titles, genres, and business pillars for tentpole and brand-defining premieres & activations (e.g. Upfronts).
  • Partner closely with title teams to understand existing talent relationships and coordinate access.
  • Act as the central point of contact for talent conversations - one clear touchpoint for big brand-defining moments.
  • Manage on air integrations across our live slate in the UK.
  • Manage publicity for Netflix Live slate.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in talent representative, personal publicity, or artist management, ideally within entertainment or media.
  • Established network of contacts across the industry ( media, talent, reps).
  • Strong relationship-building skills with talent representatives, agents, media and management teams.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture — connecting people, projects, and moments across a large, complex organization.
  • Excellent judgment and discretion when managing high-profile relationships.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong cross-functional skills integral to success in this role.
  • Effective communication skills, both internally (aligning stakeholders) and externally (talent partners and media).
  • A deep understanding of the UK media landscape.

Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner.

We are an equal-opportunity employer and celebrate diversity, recognizing that diversity builds stronger teams. We approach diversity and inclusion seriously and thoughtfully. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, ancestry, national origin, caste, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, age, disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic makeup, marital status, or military service.
